Active Ingredients Per 60gm – Manganese (154mg), Hydrated calcium aluminosilicate clay (5004mg), Lysine (6240mg), MSM (780mg), Calcium carbonate (13802mg), Calcium phosphate dibasic (19217mg), Zinc (289mg), Copper (50mg)

Feeding Instructions – Calphormin should be added to the normal feed ration. Mare in foal (months 9, 10, 11): 120g per day. Lactating mare: 120g per day. Weanling / Yearlings: 60g per day. Adult Horses: 60g per day.
